We don't stock inventory, so when we design a solution for your business, we custom order it, custom configure it, install it, document it, and train you, or your staff, how to use it most effectively. Our 18 years experience dwarfs most other companies in our industry. Our staff of professional technicians have experience in multiple areas of technology. When you work with clarity you will consistently work with a main dedicated technician. You'll see other technicians when necessary, but your dedicated support engineer will become a member of your business. Other companies will send a different technician on every visit. We focus on the relationship and the needs of our customer, sometimes it isn't the easiest schedule to maintain, but it is the right way to do IT outsourcing.
